Key Responsibilities

•Work with Premier RM Retail Direct advisors to identify prospects who may be interested in savings, retirement or protection solutions, especially those who do not visit branches frequently.
•Attend to clients in office, business, branch, or any other location based on client availability.
•Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to perform needs discovery and sales.
•Help Premier RM Retail Direct advisors identify potential clients for protection, savings, or retirement conversations.
•Support branch sales closing when visiting Premier RM Retail Direct advisors and ensure high follow-up and post-sale service.
