Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive auction success through effective leadership as the primary leader for the site.
  • •Identify opportunities for business growth through customer engagement and collaboration with sales.
  • •Review profit and loss each accounting period, ensure accurate reconciliation, monitor accounts receivable, and control payroll and business expenses.
  • •Monitor KPIs, develop and implement action plans for improvements, and resolve customer complaints and disputes.
  • •Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate management and employees; maintain employee relations and conduct employee meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with auction and automotive experience or a High School diploma/GED with at least 5 years auction experience and 5 years automotive of similar work experience.

  • •Proven ability to multitask with attention to detail.
  • •Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license that meets requirements.
