Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver engaging, practical, interactive training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI productivity capabilities.
  • •Develop and deliver workshops tailored to different audiences, from end users and champions to Directors, VPs, MDs, and senior stakeholders.
  • •Translate Copilot capabilities into real-world business use cases across functions and job profiles.
  • •Support AI adoption and behavioral change, customizing content by audience needs, business context, and technical knowledge level.
  • •Create demonstrations, exercises, and learning materials; gather feedback and continuously improve the enablement approach.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, AI productivity, or Microsoft 365 training/adoption programs.
  • •Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and workplace productivity.
  • •Excellent English communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior management and executive audiences.
  • •Strong business acumen to understand challenges and translate them into practical AI use cases.
  • •Ability to simplify complex AI concepts and effectively facilitate workshops independently while taking ownership of deliverables.
