Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead QA/QC inspections and quality reporting across supplier factories
  • •Assist material QC with inspection of materials from sub-contractors and report defects promptly
  • •Conduct or supervise semi-finished and assembly-line inspections to identify defective parts
  • •Execute final quality control with random sampling based on AQL, and maintain inspection data per SOP
  • •Collaborate with QC inspectors to manage new product development and multi-location production
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: KHR 123,365,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in handbags, backpacks and/or the luggage industry
  • •Experience solving problems with factory partners and team members
  • •Experience with raw materials and finished goods testing
  • •Knowledge of incoming raw materials inspection processes, in-line inspection, and finished goods inspection
  • •Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) and good data entry/computer skills
