Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose and repair basic and major mechanical issues, including basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
  • •Maintain knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures (The Three C's).
  • •Use a software suite to document all customer vehicle interactions.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers; teach technical skills as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
