Job Summary

Lead materials planning and production activities for textiles and apparel, coordinating seasonal forecasts with raw material partners, managing on-time delivery (OTP) from forecast to finished goods, and serving as a cross-functional bridge to resolve issues. Own the Seasonal Excess Management project, drive KPI-based supplier evaluations, and collaborate across teams to shorten lead times and ensure timely order delivery.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Materials Planning & Production: manage RMPs' on-time delivery from forecast through production planning, capacity management, quality, and issue resolution until orders deliver on time to finished goods partners; provide regular KPI-based evaluations of RMP performance.
•Operations: ensure all material reports are updated weekly in the system; collaborate with Vietnam GSP Team and other regional teams to deliver forecasts and seasonal orders to RMPs to meet OTP expectations and lead times.
•Costing: handle seasonal carryover pricing with RMPs for fabrics and PDMs.
•Excess Management: conduct seasonal greige prebuild planning, collect seasonal excesses from RMPs, and manage debit/financing processes per SOPs.
•Cross-functional leadership: lead or participate in SABR meetings with RMPs at least twice a year and coordinate with multiple internal teams across countries.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in textiles related field or equivalent working experience.
•5 years experience in the textiles or apparel field including 2 years production management.
•Knowledge of textiles, including fiber, yarns, fabrication, textiles manufacturing, dyeing and finishing. Familiar with textile materials testing methods.
•Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to work with teams in multiple countries.
•Proactive problem-solving and project management abilities to lead seasonal initiatives.
