Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee a multidisciplinary Data & Analytics team, designing and building complex visualizations and analytical models.
  • •Work with operational and functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact analytical use cases.
  • •Turn complex findings into simple visualizations and execution-ready recommendations.
  • •Analyze and interpret large (PB-scale) volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data using proprietary and open-source tools.
  • •Help the team operate in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences).
  • •Minimum 8 years of industry experience applying advanced analytics.
  • •Experience applying analytical techniques to guide operational improvements and investment/scheduling decisions, including supervising others in analytics or engineering roles.
  • •Ability to think abstractly, solve problems, and handle ambiguity.
  • •Advanced competency in two or more of: R or SAS; data visualization tools (QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI); relational/graph databases (SQL, NoSQL, Neo4J); programming (VBA, C++, Java, Python).
