Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own payments risk strategy and roadmap for fraud, promotions abuse, cash risk, and disputes across multiple markets.
  • •Identify emerging risks, prioritize investments, and evolve controls to protect customers and the business while supporting growth.
  • •Drive commercial performance using metrics such as fraud losses, chargeback rates, approval rates, promotions efficiency, recovery rates, and false positive rates.
  • •Partner with Data Science and teams to improve fraud models, optimize decisioning, and reduce false positives.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution and represent Payments Risk in senior leadership discussions, aligning stakeholders and scaling fraud capabilities.
