Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead a high-performing innovation function blending business understanding with digital and technology expertise.
  • •Define and execute the innovation strategy aligned to corporate Digital & Technology roadmaps.
  • •Scan the external landscape for emerging technologies and assess applicability in supply chain operations.
  • •Run POCs and pilots with business units, evaluating outcomes and scalability potential.
  • •Develop governance for innovation projects, including prioritization, resource allocation, and ROI measurement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
