Key Responsibilities

  • •Place purchase orders to meet internal customer requirements, manage changes to existing POs, and follow up with suppliers for acknowledgments and overdue reductions.
  • •Resolve procurement invoice holds and partner with Accounts Payable to eliminate invoice-hold issues.
  • •Lead constraint reviews with suppliers and escalate when necessary.
  • •Collaborate with Sourcing and Offering Management to ensure a smooth end-to-end purchase process.
  • •Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions; support project implementation for the area of responsibility.
