Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership and supervision for safe and efficient operation of the fertilizer storage plant with strong focus on safety and environmental compliance.
•Coordinate day-to-day strategies, priorities, and schedules to optimize production and support maintenance and shutdown work.
•Plan, schedule, and execute fertilizer shutdown activities, ensuring safe work plans, job scopes, ownership roles, cost controls, and critical path readiness.
•Maintain close working relationships across operations, technical, and maintenance personnel to coordinate storage plant operations and fertilizer operations.
•Communicate with key leaders and coordinators to support planning and scheduling of shutdown and maintenance work, and implement methods to reduce plant costs and improve efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 107,000 - 132,000 annually
