Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain end-to-end observability solutions for metrics, logs, traces, and monitoring (synthetic and RUM), plus business telemetry.
  • •Develop and implement observability instrumentation standards across microservices, APIs, front-end, and legacy systems for consistent visibility in hybrid-cloud environments.
  • •Leverage AI-driven observability and AIOps to enable anomaly detection, predictive alerting, automated root cause analysis, noise reduction, and self-healing workflows.
  • •Integrate observability into CI/CD and GitOps workflows to automate monitoring, alerting, and feedback loops across the software delivery pipeline.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration to establish scalable monitoring architectures, mentor observability best practices, and advance observability governance and SLAs compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of IT industry experience with a strong focus on observability and monitoring solutions.
  • •5+ years of hands-on experience administering, managing, and integrating New Relic solutions in GCP, Azure, and AWS.
  • •Experience managing observability solutions such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus.
  • •Deep understanding of the four pillars of observability (metrics, events, logs, traces) and how they interconnect for reliability and performance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science (master’s degree preferred).
