Construction Quality Inspector (ELV – Extra Low Voltage)

Ensure ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS) are installed and commissioned to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Support the owner’s QA/QC process by monitoring field work pre-energization, conducting inspections and audits, reviewing QA/QC plans and documentation, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and third-party inspectors. Serve as a single point of contact for quality program concerns and help maintain a sustainable quality culture.
