Key Responsibilities

  • •Aid the owner’s general contractor and installing trades in executing QA/QC requirements.
  • •Monitor field work to ensure it is complete and accurate prior to energization and commissioning.
  • •Provide management and inspection services to ensure conformity to drawings/specifications and the contractor’s quality control plan, including surveillance inspections and daily walkabouts.
  • •Lead site quality induction and observe/audit delivery aligned with quality values and culture; review and comment on QC plans, methods statements, ITP/ITR, and related quality documents.
  • •Conduct and participate in inspections (e.g., FOAK mock-ups, set-in-place, pre-energization, final clean), track defects/NCRs, compile turnover packages, and support acceptance prior to handover.

  • •Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical, telecommunication mechanical, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–8 years of experience in construction quality inspection, preferably for data center or critical infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong understanding of ELV systems, construction processes, and QA/QC methodologies.
  • •Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and inspection procedures.
  • •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with site managers, contractors, and clients.
