Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute multi-year technology strategy and roadmap for global external digital platforms and the public website ecosystem.
  • •Drive AI-enabled transformation of client experiences, including personalization, intelligent self-service, recommendations, conversational experiences, workflow automation, and reusable platform capabilities.
  • •Lead platform modernization across web/portal/API/data/content delivery, search, analytics, security, observability, and customer-engagement technologies.
  • •Provide executive technology partnership and influence senior stakeholders by translating business strategy into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, and delivery plans while navigating governance and risk/compliance processes.
  • •Lead delivery across Agile teams and cross-functional programs; establish architecture standards and guide modernization of legacy capabilities and technical debt remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of technology leadership experience delivering customer-facing digital platforms in financial services or adjacent regulated industries.
  • •Experience leading enterprise-scale portals, external websites, digital servicing platforms, advisor tools, or institutional client platforms.
  • •Proven ability to define and execute multi-year technology roadmaps with senior business and technology executives.
  • •Strong technical depth across modern digital architectures, cloud platforms, APIs/integrations, content platforms, data-driven personalization, security, and scalable engineering practices.
