Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the management of subsea pipeline projects from concept development to execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • •Provide input to project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress across the project lifecycle.
  • •Conduct feasibility studies and conceptual designs, considering seabed conditions, geotechnical data, flow assurance, and pipeline routing.
  • •Perform detailed engineering calculations and analysis to determine pipeline specifications, wall thickness, stress analysis, and fatigue life.
  • •Provide technical support during construction, installation, and commissioning, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring quality control and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Extensive experience in pipeline engineering with a focus on offshore oil and gas projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of subsea pipeline design codes, industry standards (e.g., API, ISO), and regulatory requirements.
  • •Proficiency in pipeline design software and tools (e.g., Abaqus, AutoPIPE, OrcaFlex, Caesar II).
  • •Understanding of subsea construction and installation techniques (trenching, pipelay, riser systems) and subsea inspection, repair, and maintenance (IRM).
