Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out stores operations: receive, verify, unload, and store engineering materials, spare parts, consumables, and tools in line with purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • •Maintain inventory control by preparing GRNs, performing ERP transactions, managing binning/labeling/preservation, and supporting cycle counts and stock-taking.
  • •Issue stock and non-stock materials per authorization procedures, process returnable/non-returnable transactions, and maintain gate pass documentation.
  • •Support fuel management by assisting in diesel fuel receipt, recording transactions, and supporting daily fuel reconciliation while following safety procedures.
  • •Ensure QHSE and supply chain security compliance, including housekeeping, hazardous waste segregation, audit support, and complete inventory documentation for audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Certification or training in materials management, inventory management, or stores management (added advantage).
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering stores, warehouse, or inventory management in a port, manufacturing, heavy engineering, logistics, or industrial environment.
  • •Basic working knowledge of ERP-based inventory systems (Maximo, Oracle Fusion, SAP or equivalent).
  • •Experience handling engineering spare parts, consumables, and maintenance materials.
