Job Summary

Build and evolve Adobe Experience Manager by partnering with global brands and customers to deliver software and AI-powered services. As part of the AEM Co-Innovation Engineering team, you’ll develop innovative core product features, use customer business use cases and value metrics to uncover opportunities, and iterate on AI-first proof-of-concepts. This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role that scales expertise across the AEM community.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with customers to develop innovative core product features that solve real needs and demonstrate measured value.
•Use customer business use cases and value metrics to build on AEM technologies and early access features to find opportunities for measurable impact.
•Rapidly iterate on AI-first technical proof-of-concepts and validate outcomes with business value.
•Work across product area boundaries to deliver the best of Adobe to customers and to scale expertise across the AEM community.
•Serve as a hands-on engineering contributor building the future of AEM.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 178,600 - 258,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree or equivalent experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 15+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
•Confirmed expertise with sophisticated Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and enterprise customer use cases.
•Specific experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, including Edge Delivery Services.
•Strong experience with AI experimentation and solutions, including staying current on third-party models, GPUs, and new AI applications.
•Ability to communicate technical and business concepts to audiences with varying backgrounds and seniority.
