Job Summary

Drive the development and management of strategic Data Center accounts, building long-term customer relationships and supporting business growth. Identify new opportunities, lead complex negotiations, and promote physical infrastructure solutions and managed services aligned with customer needs. Prepare commercial proposals, executive presentations, and business cases, while collaborating with technical, engineering, and operations teams. Own sales targets, pipeline/forecast management in CRM, and monitor market and competitor activity.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic Data Center clients.
•Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
•Serve as the primary point of contact between Black Box and assigned customers.
•Lead commercial negotiations and manage contract renewal processes.
•Collaborate with technical, engineering, and operations teams to develop value propositions and prepare executive proposals and business cases.

Key Requirements

•English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
•Bachelor's degree in a related field; an MBA is a plus.
•Proven experience in B2B consultative sales within the Data Center, Telecommunications, IT Infrastructure, or Technology sectors.
•Strong knowledge of Data Center solutions including structured cabling, connectivity, networking, critical infrastructure, power systems, and managed services.
•Experience preparing commercial proposals, managing sales pipelines, and sales forecasting.
