  • •Provide daily operations support to ensure controls are carried out effectively and mitigate risk.
  • •Serve as the go-to technical escalation point for collateral management issues and provide guidance to team members.
  • •Coordinate and monitor dispute processes to align with global standards and improve efficiency.
  • •Produce Daily/Weekly/Monthly MI reports for management and stakeholders as required.
  • •Mentor juniors, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
