Job Summary

Build and scale product-minded backend systems for a modern banking platform, turning ambiguous finance workflows into reliable, production-grade services. Key Responsibilities

•Own high-impact projects end-to-end, including accounting integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Xero, Puzzle) from definition and design through launch and operational ownership.
•Build reliable, scalable backend services that power core accounting and financial workflows and expand into adjacent product areas.
•Turn ambiguous product and business problems into simple, durable technical solutions.
•Develop a deep understanding of customers’ accounting and financial operations pain points to guide pragmatic product and engineering decisions.
•Partner with Product, Design, Operations, Compliance, and external partners (including Plaid and Finicity) to move complex initiatives forward.

Key Requirements
