Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic equipment and systems.
  • •Diagnose, test, maintain, and repair combustion systems.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical/electronic malfunctions and determine causes using functional operation knowledge.
  • •Test electronic components and circuits to locate defects using precision instruments and record outcomes.
  • •Use computers to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade process control equipment and PLCs; replace defective components and wiring; align, adjust, and calibrate equipment; maintain repair/calibration/test records.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Have 2 years of industrial or related experience OR an Associates Degree in electrical or mechanical related curriculum.
  • •Work safely as a team member, including in a heavy industrial environment with shifts, weekends, and overtime.
  • •Have a working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, controls, AC/DC theory, power distribution, computers and PLCs.
  • •Pass the Ramsey Validated Super Trade Technician Main test.
