Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall architecture design and core capability development for an AI Agent platform, including task orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • •Embed AI-native capabilities into engineering workflows, including AI coding, technical solution generation, test case generation, test report generation, and automated environment orchestration.
  • •Design and integrate enterprise knowledge augmentation capabilities such as RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs.
  • •Establish AI agent runtime and governance frameworks covering isolation/sandboxing, access control, auditability/traceability, evaluation/quality measurement, and stability/reliability/cost management.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and platform teams to standardize and productionize platform capabilities to improve delivery quality and engineering efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
  • •8+ years in backend/platform engineering, architecture, or similar enterprise-scale roles.
  • •Recent 3 years delivering AI production in a commercial environment.
  • •Proficiency in Java and/or Python with strong coding fundamentals and architectural judgment.
  • •Deep AI/agent architecture knowledge, including LLM/agent design, task planning, tool/function calling, context and memory, and experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph (or equivalents).
