Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform receiving, in-process, final, and First Article Inspections (FAI) to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program teams to implement quality requirements and support new product introductions and process validations.
  • •Lead investigations of nonconformances, quality escapes, and customer issues using root cause analysis and develop/verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Analyze quality metrics, inspection results, and manufacturing performance trends to reduce defects, improve reliability, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • •Support internal and external audits by maintaining quality records and inspection documentation and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant experience.
  • •Experience supporting quality systems in a manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, or other regulated environment.
  • •Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and experience performing receiving, in-process, final, and First Article Inspections (FAI).
  • •Experience conducting root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality-related business systems; able to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
