Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure inventory transfers, receipts, and adjustments are recorded accurately and processed on time across multiple European supply locations.
  • •Monitor and investigate inventory transactions and discrepancies to maintain data accuracy and resolve processing issues.
  • •Coordinate with Finance and Costing teams to support month-end activities and ensure timely transaction completion.
  • •Act as a key point of contact across Supply, Finance Operations, Vendor Management, and Costing to investigate and resolve supplier and transaction issues.
  • •Monitor operational metrics, analyze transactional data, document procedures, and support continuous process improvement and system enhancement testing.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, commercial operations, finance operations, accounting, or a related analytical role.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • •Experience working with ERP systems.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams.
