Key Responsibilities

•Build and lead a team of program and technical program managers across technical delivery, process design, and strategy.
•Own the integrated Revenue Operations roadmap by intake, prioritizing, and sequencing work across systems delivery (Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, Billing, Forecasting, Renewals).
•Partner with Sales and cross-functional leaders to scope problems, build business cases, define success metrics, and drive delivery through adoption.
•Lead end-to-end delivery lifecycle for complex Sales system enhancements: requirements gathering, solution design (Salesforce Systems team), UAT, enablement, change management, and post-launch measurement.
•Drive change management and operating model instrumentation by tracking program health metrics and communicating status to leadership.

Salary: USD 102,042.5 - 137,200 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or TPM in high-growth B2B SaaS, including 2–3 years of formal people management.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher; Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Business background is advantageous.
•Proven end-to-end delivery of Sales tech stack improvements from intake and scoping through UAT, enablement, and change management.
•Technical expertise in Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ (product configuration, pricing logic, quote templates, discount approval workflows).
•Functional understanding of the Lead-to-Cash ecosystem, including CLM, Billing, Forecasting, and Renewals processes.
