Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a SME supporting Autodesk’s most complex sales opportunities involving preconstruction workflows and Autodesk Forma solutions
  • •Partner with Account Executives, Technical Specialists, Customer Success teams, and channel partners to advance opportunities through industry expertise and workflow consulting
  • •Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business processes, organizational goals, operational challenges, and technology ecosystems
  • •Translate customer pain points into measurable business outcomes and solution strategies
  • •Provide competitive positioning and industry perspective throughout the sales cycle
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,900 - 277,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of construction industry experience with leadership or practitioner experience in preconstruction, estimating, bidding, procurement or related disciplines
  • •Experience in roles such as Estimator, Senior Estimator, Chief Estimator, Preconstruction Manager, Director of Preconstruction or similar leadership positions
  • •Deep understanding of commercial construction preconstruction workflows, best practices, and industry standards
  • •Strong understanding of project delivery methods, contract structures, and construction business operations
  • •Proven ability to connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes
