Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, budget, and manage maintenance activities including construction, relocation, and remodeling.
  • •Self-perform 40–60% of non-contracted services and ensure quality of repairs.
  • •Coordinate vendors and contractors by developing work processes and verifying vendor performance and pricing.
  • •Operate the facilities management work order system and complete site assessments and annual records.
  • •Serve as an emergency responder/on-call resource, covering assigned properties quarterly and supporting facilities leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Valid driver’s license; able to use a company vehicle for work.
  • •3+ years facilities management experience, including preventive maintenance, minor plumbing/heating-cooling/electrical repairs, and scheduling vendor maintenance.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining facility repair budgets and reviewing vendor proposals.
  • •Computer proficiency (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) and working knowledge of facilities management software and HVAC-related skills.
