Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Regional Finance Leader on month-end close and ad hoc support.
  • •Analyze financial data and prepare reports for strategic decision-making, including variance analysis versus plan.
  • •Drive regional growth in revenue, margins, and operating income, and improve working capital and cash flow.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost optimization opportunities and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
  • •6+ years of experience in Factory Finance or Commercial Finance.
  • •Strong Accounting and US GAAP analytical skills.
  • •Proficiency with ERP and finance tools, including SAP BRP 900, FDS, and HP.
  • •German is a plus; ability to handle pressure and tight timelines.
