Job Summary

Lead a cross-functional Demand Planning team in Constellation Brands Mexico to deliver a consensus depletion forecast as part of the IBP process. Manage a team of Demand Planners and an analyst, collaborating with Commercial, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing and Procurement to improve forecast accuracy using analytics, ML, and BI tools.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Forecasting & Demand Planning: quantify relationships between business drivers and demand, apply statistical modeling, utilize BI tools to drive cross-functional decision-making, use data science and ML for predictive analytics, defend demand volumes and risks across regions, and coordinate with insight owners before integration into the plan.
•People Leadership & Capability Building: coach and develop Demand Planners, own accuracy and bias targets, support IBP evolution, build a diverse agile team, and deliver planning KPIs.
•Collaboration and Communication: build strong relationships with sales, marketing, operations, and finance; lead cross-functional meetings; communicate clearly and drive consensus on forecasts.
•Continuous Improvement: stay current with industry trends and technologies in planning; challenge status quo to improve processes and tooling; drive improvements in forecast accuracy and efficiency.
•Location & Cross-Functional Influence: coordinate with Commercial Teams (Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Beer Analytics) to align on long-range planning and implementation across the organization.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in Supply Chain with 5+ years in Demand Planning
•Experience leading a team delivering strong results across Commercial, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing and/or Procurement planning
•CPG industry experience (preferred)
•Experience leveraging data and analytics solutions such as o9 and Power BI (preferred)
•Exceptional communication and stakeholder management; ability to lead cross-functional meetings and drive execution across the organization
