Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise heavy equipment maintenance technicians and service personnel, ensuring quality performance.
  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts; and diagnose issues using data from many equipment makes and models.
  • •Schedule repairs for both customer and company-owned rental equipment.
  • •Maintain and nurture customer relationships by promptly resolving inquiries, requests, complaints, and keeping customers up to date on ways EquipmentShare can help.
  • •Train and develop employees, maintain a safe work environment, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of maintenance and service experience in the rental industry or a related construction field, with experience leading maintenance teams preferred.
  • •Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred; valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; safety-sensitive role requiring a drug screen.
