Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the technical vision to reimagine the partner experience from onboarding and menu management through order fulfillment and marketing programs.
  • •Champion AI-native frontend development practices, including design-to-code workflows and AI-assisted development grounded in organizational context.
  • •Partner with the Front End Core team to define and evangelize frontend architectural standards across teams, including micro-frontend composition, monorepo structure, design system governance, and CI/CD.
  • •Establish frontend architecture for in-product business intelligence and reporting within the partner portal, including embedded analytics, component patterns, and performance/accessibility/access for self-serve insights.
  • •Provide guidance and mentorship to teammates while fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional development with deep expertise in React, Next.js (App Router), and TypeScript on production-grade frontend systems.
  • •4+ years of production React experience and working knowledge of micro-frontend architecture patterns (e.g., Islands architecture, module federation, or edge-side composition).
  • •Proven track record evangelizing and standardizing frontend architecture, including design systems, monorepo tooling, and micro-frontend boundaries.
  • •Experience building data-rich frontend experiences such as dashboards, reporting interfaces, and data visualization for non-technical users.
  • •Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with business stakeholders to define and execute technology roadmaps.
