Key Responsibilities

  • •Support embedding and ongoing management of the Product Governance Framework across the business throughout the product lifecycle.
  • •Provide guidance and practical support to product teams on governance requirements, risk considerations, and regulatory expectations.
  • •Coordinate product review activities, ensuring reviews are completed on time with appropriate approvals documented.
  • •Build and manage relationships with insurer and service provider partners, including handling information requests and maintaining Fair Value Assessments.
  • •Maintain accurate product information in governance systems (Product Universe) and monitor regulatory developments to ensure ongoing alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in a governance, risk, compliance, controls, or otherwise regulated environment, ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • •A practical understanding of the insurance market and how to apply regulatory requirements commercially.
  • •Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Proficient written and spoken English and excellent communication skills for cross-stakeholder collaboration.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work independently and proactively.
