Job Summary

Serve as a Financial Center Personal Banker focused on consultative sales and meeting customers’ current and future financial needs. During a 9-week onboarding and education program, rotate through operations and Sales & Service, then use tools like Financial Needs Assessment and CAMP to acquire households, deepen relationships, and cross-sell retail consumer and small business products. Manage teller transaction duties, partner with mortgage and business teams, support referral workflows, and follow risk and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and support outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff while following risk and retail policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to use sales activities to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to established customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information.
•This role requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
