Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the Concur Mobile design system as the single source of truth for iOS and Android, including components, patterns, tokens, and guidelines.
  • •Define components and interaction patterns in detail, covering anatomy, states, behavior, accessibility, and usage guidance for engineering.
  • •Design complex features within the Concur app grounded in real product contexts and user workflows.
  • •Align diverging patterns across teams and reconcile Concur’s mobile design language with enterprise design standards.
  • •Collaborate with mobile engineers to ensure components ship as designed and support accessibility, inclusion, and trustworthy AI feature experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience building and maintaining enterprise design systems with design system ownership.
  • •Advanced knowledge of iOS and Android platform conventions, including native interaction patterns, navigation models, and component behavior.
  • •Experience designing AI-powered product experiences, clearly communicating system behavior, confidence levels, and limitations users can trust.
  • •Strong accessibility expertise for mobile, including touch targets, color contrast, screen reader support, and inclusive design in practice.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component architecture, variables, design tokens, and multi-theme systems.
