Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide supplier quality leadership, technical expertise, and project management to drive supplier performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Lead supplier pre-technical and technical reviews through the part development process, including quality requirements during RFQs and tracking FAI and first production lots.
  • •Support supplier qualification by evaluating and approving new suppliers and internalizing quality requirements.
  • •Verify supplier corrective action request effectiveness, ensure timely sustainable resolutions, and monitor monthly supplier scorecards for trends in critical suppliers.
  • •Conduct supplier process audits and resolve nonconformances using statistical quality tools (including Cpk/Ppk, GR&R, and FMEA) while managing supply chain risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Equivalent experience supporting supplier quality, manufacturing, or supplier development activities.
  • •Ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop and implement plans and solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Expertise supporting PCBAs and motors manufacturing and test processes (or equivalent domain expertise).
  • •Knowledge of GD&T interpretation, wiring diagrams, and CMM operations.
