Drive profitability through loans, deposits, Treasury Management, fees, and capital markets, while introducing product and service partners to meet client needs. Partner with portfolio management teams to structure and underwrite complex commercial loans, manage documentation, and support closing. Lead collaborative pre-call planning and mitigate credit risk while ensuring compliance.

Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Prospect, develop, and deepen relationships with clients and prospective clients via consultative selling and introductions to relevant bank partners.
•Drive profitability through loans, deposits, Treasury Management, fees, and capital markets while providing client insights.
•Use Centers of Influence to obtain referrals and continually grow the referral network.
•Identify and mitigate credit risks; recommend credit structures and articulate recommendations to clients.
•Adhere to bank policies and legal/regulatory requirements throughout risk measurement, monitoring, and credit approval/closing processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, or related field.
•10+ years of related experience in financial services and commercial banking relationship management.
•Ability to identify and mitigate credit risks and recommend appropriate credit structures.
•Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to become proficient with critical proprietary systems.
