Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver avionics Flight Display System platform and application software using C/Embedded C, scheduling, multi-thread development, and RTOS concepts aligned to requirements.
  • •Capture requirements and create designs, code, and V&V to meet Business Line needs with appropriate quality and maturity levels.
  • •Conduct peer reviews of high-level specifications and development artifacts.
  • •Debug, fix, and enhance existing software; perform free hands development testing and regression on existing features.
  • •Ensure quality deliveries by coordinating hand-off to QA teams and contributing to processes, tools, and metrics while respecting Agile deadlines and milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent.
  • •7 to 12 years of relevant experience in software development for avionics embedded systems and across software development life cycles.
  • •Expertise in Embedded C programming, memory usage, and scheduling/execution time allocation.
  • •Strong understanding of Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) and RTOS.
  • •Strong verification/testing skills using RTRT, LDRA, or other unit test tools, plus knowledge of DO-178B/C and coding standards such as MISRA.
