Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own an integrated performance-management framework for the transformation portfolio, including KPIs, reporting cadence, escalation thresholds, and executive dashboards.
  • •Create and maintain initiative benefits records, validate benefit assumptions, and monitor adoption to ensure realized client, field, growth, revenue, expense, and productivity outcomes.
  • •Lead annual and multi-year financial planning for the Transformation Office, including capital/operating expense forecasts, commitments, actuals, accruals, variances, and scenario analyses.
  • •Govern capital utilization by tracking approved capital, release schedules, capitalization eligibility, in-service timing, carryover, and identifying underutilized or stranded funding for intervention.
  • •Lead and develop a team of data and financial analysts, set priorities and quality standards, improve data definitions and reporting controls, and prepare executive materials for transformation investment and performance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, capital/portfolio management, transformation performance, management information, consulting, or related disciplines.
  • •At least 3 years of people-management or substantial team-leadership experience developing analysts and reviewing complex work products.
  • •Proven experience managing capital and expense budgets, forecasts, vendor/consulting spend, accruals, variances, and executive financial reporting.
  • •Experience defining KPIs and managing benefits realization while integrating financial, operational, and delivery data into decision-oriented reporting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, data analytics, or a related field required (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred).
