Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and build a high-performing team of sales and customer success trainers to deliver enablement programs.
  • •Deliver ongoing field training through events and learning formats such as sales kickoffs, QBRs, classroom sessions, and e-learnings.
  • •Drive the team’s transition into data-driven business partners and coaches who identify GTM knowledge/performance gaps.
  • •Partner with Curriculum & Strategy and SMEs to design live training experiences and measure program business impact.
  • •Create 1:1 and 1:few coaching programs and represent the field’s perspective in cross-functional work.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of work experience with at least 4 years in sales enablement, L&D, or equivalent experience teaching others.
  • •3+ years managing direct reports in complex/ambiguous environments.
  • •Experience leading classroom-style instruction and helping develop curriculum.
  • •Strong ability to tie enablement programs to business impact and build scalable programs.
  • •Proven communication skills, including presenting to large audiences, plus agile iteration experience.
