Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and records. Deliver a high-quality client experience by identifying needs, educating clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-train to assist with sales and service activities, support new account openings, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

•Complete complex and standardized client transactions accurately while properly handling assigned monies and maintaining accurate records.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking to enhance their experience.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calling and checking client offers to identify needs and opportunities, referring as appropriate.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
