Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of complex, long-term client accounts, ensuring proactive communication and delivery.
  • •Lead client engagements end-to-end by running meetings, providing progress updates, and guiding clients through audits and compliance milestones.
  • •Resolve complex client issues through swift escalation handling with a solution-oriented approach.
  • •Manage and develop a pod of junior analysts by providing day-to-day direction, feedback, and accountability.
  • •Execute GRC work by analyzing and applying compliance requirements and overseeing audits, evidence collection, control mapping, and policy/program documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience managing or leading a small team, pod, or squad while providing coaching and accountability.
  • •3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity compliance experience with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and/or NIST CSF.
  • •Strong client relationship management skills, comfortable owning engagements as the primary point of contact.
  • •Ability to manage multiple compliance engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
  • •Experience creating and enforcing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and governance aligned to regulatory requirements.
