Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of complex, long-term client accounts, ensuring proactive communication and delivery.
•Lead client engagements end-to-end by running meetings, providing progress updates, and guiding clients through audits and compliance milestones.
•Resolve complex client issues through swift escalation handling with a solution-oriented approach.
•Manage and develop a pod of junior analysts by providing day-to-day direction, feedback, and accountability.
•Execute GRC work by analyzing and applying compliance requirements and overseeing audits, evidence collection, control mapping, and policy/program documentation.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience managing or leading a small team, pod, or squad while providing coaching and accountability.
•3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity compliance experience with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and/or NIST CSF.
•Strong client relationship management skills, comfortable owning engagements as the primary point of contact.
•Ability to manage multiple compliance engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
•Experience creating and enforcing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and governance aligned to regulatory requirements.
