Accept and process deliveries onsite in San Carlos, CA. You’ll verify shipments by comparing purchase orders with invoices and packing lists, unload trucks, and store items correctly while updating inventory records. The role also includes processing and recording transactions in Oracle, resolving delivery discrepancies with the team, handling returns for mis-shipped or damaged goods, and performing other assigned duties. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm.
