Key Responsibilities

•Oversee LC, guarantees, amendments, cancellations, closures, and claims processing in accordance with SOPs and ICC guidelines
•Conduct sanction checks on relevant parties and ensure proper input/authorization of transactions and SWIFT messaging
•Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents and ensure accuracy and timeliness of processing
•Authorize/input transactions into processing systems and coordinate with onshore/offshore units for client delivery
•Lead team activities, participate in team huddles, and communicate issues and corrective actions to line manager

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in a related field
•9-12 years of relevant experience in Trade Operations
•Expert knowledge of Letter of Guarantee and Letter of Credit
•Proficient in MS Office and data analysis for reconciliation and reporting
•Strong communication, team management and interpersonal skills
