Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily management of vendors, including PO creation, confirmations, delivery date adjustments, and vendor scorecard reporting.
  • •Use ERP/purchasing workbench to update master data fields and issue RMAs; coordinate discontinuation communications for raw materials.
  • •Execute MRP transactions and support buyers with PFEP, part maintenance, master data auditing, and corrective actions.
  • •Manage indirect vendors, including vendor managed inventory for consumables.
  • •Follow standard workflow and provide recommendations for improvements; facilitate monthly metric reviews with internal stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or Mathematics (or equivalent/applicable experience).
  • •1-2 years working in a procurement capacity preferred.
  • •Strong written and verbal Dutch and English communication skills.
  • •Strong analytical skills and formal problem solving training desirable (e.g., Six Sigma).
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel and Access; APICS/CPIM certification desirable.
