Job Summary

Lead and evolve a global nonprofit partnership strategy across engagements, grants, and fundraising. Build a scalable approach for nonprofit ecosystem engagement and continuously improve how organizations work with the company through grants, community programs, and the Adyen Giving product. Shape emergency response strategy by partnering with cross-functional teams, and manage strategic relationships with organizations such as UNHCR, the Red Cross, WWF, and Goodstack.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the global nonprofit portfolio, including strategic partners, grantees, and the Goodstack partnership.
•Develop and execute a scalable nonprofit partnership strategy aligned with impact priorities and business objectives.
•Build and strengthen an emergency response strategy across product, grants, and community programs, including prevention and resilience efforts.
•Standardize and continuously improve the nonprofit experience across customer-led, employee-led, and Adyen-led grant programs.
•Stay informed on corporate impact and nonprofit sector trends, represent the company externally, and identify opportunities to strengthen the impact offering.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience, including 3–5 years in a corporate impact team, corporate foundation, family office, or managing corporate partnerships within a nonprofit organization.
•Experience translating complex challenges into scalable solutions, balancing long-term vision with strong execution.
•Strong commercial mindset to identify opportunities that create value for nonprofits, customers, and the company.
•Proven ability to manage strategic partnerships and engage senior internal and external stakeholders.
•Comfort working with tooling and systems that leverage AI to improve ways of working and scale impact initiatives.
