Job Summary

Lead and mentor a regional team of Solutions Architects supporting NVIDIA Cloud Partners to design, build, and operate large-scale AI and HPC GPU infrastructure. Partner with sales and business leaders to identify opportunities, oversee technical engagements across the customer lifecycle, and drive executive-level discussions on roadmaps and escalations. Establish best practices and methodologies, collaborate with product and engineering on solutions and performance scaling, and translate field feedback into product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a regional team of Solutions Architects, including technical direction and career development planning.
•Partner with Sales Account Managers and business leaders to identify and secure regional business opportunities.
•Oversee technical engagements across the customer lifecycle to ensure successful design, build, and production of GPU cloud infrastructure.
•Represent NVIDIA in executive-level technical discussions with Cloud Partners, covering roadmap, technologies, and escalations.
•Establish standard methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve consistency and quality of technical delivery.

Key Requirements

•BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years in Solutions Engineering (or similar Sales Engineering/Cloud Engineering) working directly with partners and customers.
•2+ years of people-management or team-leadership, with a track record of developing and retaining international technical teams.
•Expertise in crafting and deploying large-scale cluster environments.
•Practical expertise in datacentre design, development, and execution for AI and HPC.
