Support manufacturing on the Ultra Precision Machining team for Starlink micron/sub-micron tolerance parts and assemblies. Perform non-machine-operating tasks including cleaning, testing, assembly, inspection, and metrology using CMMs and optical microscopes. Maintain safe, high-uptime work centers by monitoring off-nominal conditions, tracking work, and communicating effectively. Contribute to continuous improvement through process feedback and efficiency opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow defined work instructions and process controls while maintaining a safe work environment.
•Maintain work center uptime by identifying and reporting off-nominal issues and maintaining best practices.
•Perform cleaning, testing, assembly, and inspection on precision parts and assemblies.
•Use metrology equipment (including CMMs and optical microscopes) and other precision instruments.
•Complete data entry/work tracking and communicate with team members and leadership; provide feedback on process improvements.
