Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the site EHS system, evaluate and resolve EHS issues, improve MESH processes/rules, and deploy Zero Incident Culture in the plant.
  • •Ensure facility equipment reliability and effectiveness to support production needs and compliance with EHS and regulatory requirements.
  • •Lead the EHS committee to drive ZERO-incident safety culture, execute LSR rules, assess EHS risks, and guide mitigation solutions.
  • •Manage EHS incidents end-to-end including reporting, investigation, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions; promote ZISC culture.
  • •Oversee facility operations and maintenance: manage facility expenses and contractors, run facility projects, and direct/assign maintenance personnel and preventive maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in environment, health, safety, or related engineering (machine major is a plus).
  • •More than 8 years of related experience, including at least 3 years in a management role at a multinational company.
  • •Familiarity with Chinese EHS and facility laws and regulations, plus knowledge of financial basics and budgeting.
  • •Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across all company levels and external organizations.
  • •Leadership and project management experience, including self-management and development of others for advancement.
