Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for Americas field service outages preparation and execution, including close-out for planned and unplanned outages.
  • •Implement and drive outage excellence process adoption, review rhythms, and quarterly process/data quality reviews with operations and area leaders.
  • •Partner with HSE and Quality to support guidelines application, collect BP/LL, and lead continuous improvement and process development for outage execution.
  • •Drive end-to-end planned/emergent/upgrade outage events (SoW, planning schedule, supervision, duration and optimizations, cost/productivity, resources selection, tooling/logistics/mobilization, reviews, reconciliations, and close-out).
  • •Engage and coach regional service managers via site visits and meetings; lead regional reporting for outage excellence KPIs and operations metrics, coordinating tools alignment with CoE.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or high school diploma with equivalent of 10 years of oil & gas field industrial experience.
  • •Strong HSE and Quality background.
  • •Experience managing complex outages (gas/steam turbine and compressor, generator, and auxiliary system outage planning and execution).
  • •Previous experience as an outage/shutdown/site manager or field service (FSE) in O&G, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • •Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional team and willingness/ability to travel.
