Key Responsibilities

  • •Progress each project monthly with accurate project controls data aligned to the monthly reporting cycle, including planned/earned value, % complete, and commentaries.
  • •Run and communicate project status reporting: attend status meetings, update forecasts and schedules, and report major material status.
  • •Develop and maintain the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including baseline schedules, schedule basis documents, and consolidating contractor schedules.
  • •Analyze schedule performance and risks by assessing critical path impacts, near-critical activities, schedule deviations/variances, and alternative corrective actions; support quantitative risk assessments.
  • •Track and review change orders with project management and cost management, produce monthly management reports, and handle contract administration items (retention, T&Cs, insurance, allowances, contingency, incentives).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting project controls cost and schedule on large construction projects or programs, including cost-focused roles.
  • •Experience working on complex, large-sized construction projects and using cost-loaded schedules.
  • •College degree, ideally in construction, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Detailed knowledge of industry standards and methods for project controls.
  • •Strong skills with Microsoft Office and report/presentation development; Power BI and scheduling tools are valued.
